We ship from Miami, Florida, and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Order Processing Time

•  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

•  Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

•  Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high-volume periods—we’ll keep you updated via email if needed.

Shipping Options & Rates (Domestic US)

  • Standard Shipping: Starting at $5.99 or FREE on qualifying orders → Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Starting at $12.99 → Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

•  Available to select countries (check availability at checkout).

•  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.

•  Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (plus potential customs processing).

•  Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

•  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

•  Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided link.

Additional Information

•  Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).

•  Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

•  Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited options (standard may be available via USPS). Certain products may have shipping limitations—details will appear at checkout.

•  Local Pickup: Not currently available, but check back for updates!
